BLAS weekly workshops are held in Pontio's Stiwdio theatre. Mae gweithdai wythnosol BLAS yn cael eu cynnal yn Stiwdio Pontio. These drama and performance workshops develop confidence, stage presence, performing skills and most importantly to have fun!

When: Every Monday and Wednesday night – Term Time
Monday: 5:00pm - 6:00pm - Years 3 & 4
Monday: 6:15pm - 7:15pm - Years 5 & 6
Wednesday: 6:30pm - 7:30pm - Years 7, 8 & 9
Wednesday: 7:45pm - 8:45pm - Years 10 - 13
Cost: £25 (discount code available for residents of LL57 1 area)
Workshops are held mainly in Welsh. It is not essential to be fluent, and we welcome everyone of all language ability.

GWION ALED WILLIAMS
Gwion’s professional acting career started with a role on the popular TV series Rownd A Rownd where he played a much loved character for seven series. During his time on this he also worked on numerous TIE shows including the award winning ‘Justice In A Day’ for Theatr Clwyd. After leaving the programme, Gwion became a familiar face in main stage productions for companies such as Theatr Bara Caws and National Theatre Wales. He was nominated for the Best Actor Award by BAFTA Wales in 2016. His recent work includes Craith/Hidden for S4C/BBC and ‘In Character/Mewn Cymeriad’ shows which he is touring all over Wales. Gwion is also a workshop leader and is currently directing and writing shows for children and young people.
SARAH MUMFORD
Based in North Wales Sarah has over 15 years professional experience as a dance artist, most of her work now focuses on movement directing and choreography. Working predominantly within theatre, and has experience of working with other disciplines including, circus, spoken word and visual art. She has worked extensively in community, education and youth arts, and works through the medium of Welsh and English.
